1. Shut down the APP, switch the network (from 4G to WIFI), and re-start the APP; 2. If the only 4G network is at handy, please firstly turn off the APP and switch to the Flight Mode, then switch back to 4G and re-start APP and try again. 3. In case you are using a proxy server in the meantime, please turn it off and re-start the APP. 4. Reinstall it.
